The AL-Mega E735 is one of the most refined pieces in Alpinestars' 1993 lineup, introduced to the public as "the possible dream." The frameset is constructed from premium Easton VariLite ProProgram 7000-series aluminum tubing, finished with a polished, mirror-like surface. While retaining the brand's signature elevated chainstay (ECS) geometry, it utilized a refined, suspension-compatible and race-ready iteration of the EOSystem (Elevated Over-size System) technology.

The visual styling adopts a metallic silver base with dark blue and white tones tailored for polished aluminum framesets, shifting away from the neon trends of previous years toward a more professional look. The core elements consist of the prominent blue alpinestars and black al-mega logotypes, highlighted by clean silver outlines and drop shadows.
