The Cro-Mega LX stands out as Alpinestars' highly popular steel-framed platform, delivering the brand's iconic elevated chainstay (ECS) geometry to a broader audience. The chassis was constructed from dependable Tange Cro-Moly steel tubing, renowned for its compliance and structural durability. Utilizing the EOSystem (Elevated Over-size System) architecture paired with a curved seat tube, it achieved an ultra-short 403mm rear triangle for optimized mud clearance and climbing traction. The factory configuration featured a Shimano LX 500 drivetrain component group, an oversize stem assembly, and a rigid Unicrown fork.

The visual styling is defined by vibrant early-'90s neon tones (yellow, pink, cyan) married to dynamic, paintbrush-stroke texture patterns.
